What special subjects/program does ECA Prep Offer?

*Musical Instruction*

ECA Prep offers weekly musical instruction to all students. Students are exposed to different genres of music, learn musical scales and notes, and have opportunity to experience percussion instruments and piano.

*Foreign Language*

All students receive Spanish instruction weekly.

*Sign Language* (K2 & K3 only)

ECA Prep believes learning Sign Language gives your child the ability to learn how to express his or her important needs and thoughts in a new and innovative way. Sign Language promotes the development of language skills, increases speed of spatial reasoning development, increases creative thinking, increases early literacy skills and offers a second language that is formally and nationally recognized.


STEM represents Science, Technology, Engineering and MATH. Each week students have an opportunity to participate in a STEM activity that place emphasis on one or more of these academic strands

*Physical Education*

ECA Prep is committed to the on-going physical well-being and fitness of our students. All students are offered physical education classes twice per week. There is an optional PE uniform


ECA offers smaller class sizes than most private and public schools therefore we are able to offer our students Centers. Small group and individual activities take place in classroom centers. Centers are especially effective for promoting age-appropriate fun and interactive learning. Examples of Centers are Arts & Craft Centers, Block Centers, Fine Motor Skill Centers, Dramatic Play/Home Living Centers, for our early childhood grades and Book/Media Centers, Writing Centers, Computer Centers and STEM CENTERS for our elementary grades.


All students participate In a weekly chapel service. This interactive program includes praise & worship, biblical dramas, videos, confessions, and scripture memory verses.

What are the hours of ECA's school day?

ECA school day begins at 8:00 a.m. and concludes at 2:30 p.m.

Does ECA offer a Before and After School Program?

Yes, the Before Care program hours are 6:30 a.m. - 7:55 a.m. and 2:35 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. These services can be provided for a rate of $45 per week:

  • AM/PM Snack

  • Homework Assistance - Grades K and Up

  • Daily recreational and academic enrichment activities

  • Reader's Theatre on select day

  • A choice of after school clubs

How are the ECA classes structured?

Our classes are self-contained with the homeroom teacher serving as the instructor for all core subject areas including: Bible, Math, Reading, Language Arts, Science and Social Studies. Students also participate in a variety of specialty classes, which include: Music, Art, Spanish, Sign Language and STEM. All students participate in weekly Chapel sessions, which emphasize the importance of Christian Character and values as taught in the Word of God.

What are the Tuition Payment Options?

We have four convenient tuition payment options for parents:

  • Yearly - Payment of full tuition due on or before August 31, 2018

  • Monthly - Payments of monthly tuition rate to be deducted based on the Tuition Payment Schedule

  • Bi-Weekly - Payments of 2 weeks’ worth of tuition to be deducted based on the Tuition Payment Schedule

  • Weekly - Payments of 1 week worth of tuition to be deducted based on the Tuition Payment Schedule

What are the additional fees?

There are two additional fees: Enrollment fee of $190.00. The enrollment fee must be submitted with the enrollment application. As a requirement for the initial enrollment of a child at ECA, each family must pay a $190.00 enrollment fee for each newly enrolled child. Book and Materials Fee of $350.00 (K2-Kgn) $425.00 (1st-5th) - This fee covers classroom materials, textbooks, technology materials, and quarterly field trips.

*All of the additional fees are non-refundable.

Does ECA Prep provide food for the children?

ECA provides a morning nutritional snacks for students In K2-K4. Kindergarten through 4th grade students are allowed to bring fruit, vegetable or granola bar for morning snack. Hot lunch Is provided each day at an additional cost.
