General Information
Early Withdrawal Fee: $600.00
All students are allotted an 8-week adjustment period. If a child is withdrawn during the first 8 weeks of the school year, there will be NO charge for withdrawal After the 8-week adjustment period all parents that wish to withdraw a child must provide at least 1 month notice OR pay $600 Early Withdrawal Fee.

Student Recruitment Incentment: We encourage each ECA Prep parent to refer other families to our school. For each referral you make that results in a new family enrolling, you will receive a $100 tuition credit.
Fees are not included in the tuition payments and are non-refundable. Tuition may be paid throughout the year in monthly, installments through My Procare Online Parent Portal, Check or Cash. Regardless of tuition payment plan, parents or guardians are obligated to pay the full tuition for the entire school year and will not receive any refund of tuition or other fees paid to ECA Prep in the event the child is withdrawn, transfers, or is dismissed.
18.0 Financial Policies
The preferred methods of payments is through the My Procare Online Parent Portal. We also accept cash and check payments. There will be a $50.00 charge for all returned payments. If a tuition account becomes delinquent and is not paid within 10 business days of the due date, the student will not be able to attend class until the account is up to date. School records will not be released for any student with an unpaid tuition balance.
18.1 Unpaid Debts: The school reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student whose family fails to satisfactorily meet financial obligations during the preceding quarter. All debts must be paid in full before a student can be re-registered for the following school year, or prior to releasing official transfer records. Additionally, students may not participate in graduation/step-up ceremony exercises. All fees and monies must be paid before the final report card is released. Your child's final report card will not be released until the final contracted payment is processed.
18.2 Collection of Unpaid Tuition and Fees
Any outstanding debts will be referred to a collection agency determined by the Administration. A surcharge of up to 30% will be assessed to cover the cost of the agency's services. In addition, the school reserves the right to impose other penalties, up to and including any and all legal fees and/or costs associated with said collection. All such debts defined herein, as well as those not specifically delineated, will be paid by the guarantor of the outstanding bill.
18.3 Late Payments
The school reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student whose family fails to satisfactorily meet financial obligations during the preceding quarter. If your payment is received or initiated after the day before the next billing cycle, then it is considered late, and a 5% late fee will be assessed on your invoice unpaid balance. If a new billing cycle is released and payment has still not been made, students will be placed at risk for enrollment cancellation. Families with outstanding balances at the close of any grading period must bring accounts current in order for students to receive quarterly report cards, progress reports, assessments, and/or test scores. Families may also be removed from any school communications and grading portals until accounts become current.
